Surah Ikhlas

Surah Ikhlas is also known as “The Sincerity”. Surah Ikhas is the 112th surah of the Quran Majeed. This is a powerful Surah and holds tremendous weight in terms of theological and spiritual understanding. This surah holds absolute unity and singularity of Allah Subhan Wa Taa’La and emphasis the one of Allah that is Tawheed. Muslims believe in the fundamental principle of monotheism.

لَمۡ يَلِدۡ وَلَمۡ يُولَدۡ

وَلَمۡ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدُۢ

شروع اللہ کے نام سے جو سب پر مہربان ہے، بہت مہربان ہے

قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ

کہہ دو : بات یہ ہے کہ اللہ ہر لحاظ سے ایک ہے

 اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ

اللہ ہی ایسا ہے کہ سب اس کے محتاج ہیں، وہ کسی کا محتاج نہیں

 لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ

نہ اس کی کوئی اولاد ہے، اور نہ وہ کسی کی اولاد ہے

 وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ

اور اس کے جوڑ کا کوئی نہیں
