As we all know, Hajj is a fard in Islam, but it also depends on the fact that one is capable of performing it, which means being financially strong. But for one who is not financially strong and can only perform Umrah, the expense of performing Umrah is less than performing Hajj. But he has had enough, he has to perform Hajj.
There are believe of many people that if one performs Umrah, it becomes obligatory for him or her to perform Hajj. This is not true.
Performing Umrah is subject to the rules and regulations that are implemented by the Saudi Government. The latest News regarding Umrah is that the government of Saudi Arabia announced that Umrah is allowed and pilgrims are to enter from the international airports in the country. Before, pilgrims were only allowed to land and depart from the country from Jeddah and Madina.
The age requirement for Umrah is 5 years however, children should be accompanied by their parents and should have a certificate stating that they have not come in contact with COVID-19.

Yellow Fever vaccine, Meningococcal Meningitis vaccine, Polio vaccine, and Seasonal Flu Shot.
According to the Saudi Government rules, residents from Mecca are banned from entering Mecca without a permit. As the Hajj season approaches, the General Directorate of Public Security stops entry into the capital. If the resident wants to enter the Mekka,h they must obtain a permit from the authority.

Saudi rules are strict regarding vaccines; vaccination is compulsory before entering the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you must take all the related documents for the vaccination.
