It is obligatory to read dua e qunoot in the witr in Isha namaz. In the third rikat read surah fatiha and any verse from the Quran and

after that before going to ruku read Dua e qunoot, it is obligatory to read dua e qunoot.

If anyone did not learn dua e qunoot learn it as soon as possible as it is necessary to read in witr namaz.

Prophet Mohammad Sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam ( PBUH ) when offers with namaz in the first rakat he recites sabi hissma rabbikal a'ala,

In the second rakat he used to recite 'Qul ya ayyuhl kafirun' and in the third rakat Kul huvallahu ahad' and before going in ruku he reads Dua e Qunoot.

اَللَّهُمَّ إنا نَسْتَعِينُكَ وَنَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَنُؤْمِنُ بِكَ وَنَتَوَكَّلُ عَلَيْكَ وَنُثْنِئْ عَلَيْكَ الخَيْرَ وَنَشْكُرُكَ وَلَا نَكْفُرُكَ وَنَخْلَعُ وَنَتْرُكُ مَنْ ئَّفْجُرُكَ اَللَّهُمَّ إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَلَكَ نُصَلِّئ وَنَسْجُدُ وَإِلَيْكَ نَسْعأئ وَنَحْفِدُ وَنَرْجُو رَحْمَتَكَ وَنَخْشآئ عَذَابَكَ إِنَّ عَذَابَكَ بِالكُفَّارِ مُلْحَقٌ

Allah humma inna nasta eenoka wa nastaghfiruka wa nu minu bika wa natawakkalu alaika wa nusni alaikal khair, wa nashkuruka wala nakfuruka wa nakhla oo wa natruku mai yafjuruka, Allah humma iyyaka na budu wa laka nusalli wa nasjud wa ilaika nas aaa wa nahfizu wa narju rahma taka wa nakhshaa azaabaka inna azaabaka bil kuffari mulhik

अल्लाहुम्मा इन्ना नस्तईनु क व नस-तग़ फिरू  क व  नु’अ मिनु बि-क व न तवक्कलु अलै क व नुस्नी अलैकल खैर व नश कुरु क वला नकफुरु क व नख्लऊ व नतरुकु मैंय्यफ जुरूक अल्लाहुम्मा इय्या का न अ बुदु व ल क नुसल्ली व नस्जुदु व इलै क नस्आ व नह फिदु व नरजू रह म त क व नख्शा अज़ा ब क इन्ना अज़ा ब क बिल क़ुफ़्फ़ारि मुलहिक़

इलाही हम तुझ से मदद चाहते है और तुझ से माफ़ी माँगते है और तुझ पर ईमान लाते है और तुझपर भरोसा रखते है और तेरी बहुत अच्छी तारीफ करते है, और तेरा शुक्र करते है और तेरी ना शुक्री नहीं करते है और अलग करते है और छोड़ते है  उस शख़्स को जो तेरी नाफरमानी करे, इलाही हम तेरी ही ‘इबादत करते है और तेरे ही लिए नमाज़ पढ़ते है और सज्दा करते है और तेरी ही तरफ दौड़ते और ख़िदमत के लिए हाज़िर होते है और तेरी रहमत के उम्मीद वार है और तेरे अज़ाब से डरते है बेशक तेरा अज़ाब काफिरों को मिलने वाला है|

O’ ALLAH! We implore YOU for help and beg forgiveness of YOU and believe in YOU and rely on YOU and praise YOU and we are thankful to YOU and are not ungrateful to YOU and we alienate and forsake those who disobey YOU  O’ ALLAH! You alone do we worship and for YOU do we pray and prostrate and we betake to please YOU and present ourselves for the service in YOUR cause and we hope for YOUR mercy and fear YOUR chastisement Undoubtedly, Your torment is going to overtake infidels.
