The name of the surah is Inshiqaq which means the splitting open or bursting open. The surah serves as a description of the last day, the Day of Judgement. On the day those given their records in their right hand will be happy and those who were given their records behind will be punishable.

The surah describes in detail the day of judgment when the heavens split into two parts and the earth splits and reduces its burdens. Heavens and earth are act upon the Allah SWT order and among those who were good in their deed were given their deed in the right hand and will be with their family and those who were given the record of their deeds from the back will be doomed and will be burned in the fire.
