Aayeshah (رضي الله عنها) narrates

Before going to sleep, Every night Rasulullah صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم ( PBUH ), put his hands and blew on it and recited AI-Ikhlaas Qul huwauahu ahad), AI-Falaq (Qul a’udhu birabbil falaq), and An-Naas (Qui a’udhu birabbin naas) and wiped those parts of the body that he could. He began with the head, then the face, and then the front part of his body. This was done thrice”

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ

مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ

وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ

وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّـٰثَـٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ

وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ

Say, “I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak

From the evil of that which He created

And from the evil of darkness when it settles

And from the evil of an envier when he envies.”

और अंधेरी डालने वाले के शर से जब वह डूबे

और उन औरतों के शर से जो गिरहों में फूंकती हैं

और हसद वाले के शर से जब वह मुझ से जले
